(4) What are the vehicles that Ralimo offers?

As the premier provider of luxury transportation services, Ralimo offers wide choices of vehicles, from stretch limousines to passenger vans that can accommodate from a single passenger to a large group of passengers. You can select this through our online booking system or choose from our fleet page.

(5) What information is needed in your Online Booking System

We need your information as much as possible for us to give you the best service. During the process, we will ask you to choose what type of transfer would you like; One-way Transfer, By the Hour or Multiple Booking.
For One-way Transfer:

  • First, select the One-Way Transfer option
  • Second, we will ask you to input your pick-up place, dropped-off place, Date/Time then click "Go"
  • Third, you need to select your car that best meets your needs and budget.
  • Fourth, if your pick-up place is in an airport, you will then be required to input your Flight Information to prevent unnecessary wait time.
  • Fifth, you will enter the Payment Details page in which it will ask you to input your personal information (e.g. name, billing address, contact number, email address, credit card number, credit card validity and passenger information) then click Confirm Booking button.
  • Lastly, check your email or wait for a Customer Service Representative to call you for your Booking Confirmation.
For By the Hour:
  • First, select the By the Hour option
  • Second, we will ask you to select the Number of Hours and the Date/Time of your Booking then click "Go"
  • Third, you need to select your car that best meets your needs and budget.
  • Fourth, if your pick-up place is in an airport, you will then be required to input your Flight Information to prevent unnecessary wait time.
  • Fifth, you will enter the Payment Details page in which it will ask you to input your personal information (e.g. name, billing address, contact number, email address, credit card number, credit card validity and passenger information) then click Confirm Booking button.
  • Lastly, check your email or wait for a Customer Service Representative to call you for your Booking Confirmation.
For Multiple Booking:
  • First, select the Multiple Booking option
  • Second, we will ask you to input you pick-up place, dropped-off place, Date/Time then click "Ok"
  • Third, you need to select your car that best meets your needs and budget.
  • Fourth, you will have an option to Add another Ride or Continue to Payment
  • If you choose to Add a ride, you will then have another set of input fields for your next Ride, we will ask you to input your pick-up place, dropped-off place, Date/Time then click Ok
    • Then, you need to select another car that best meets your needs and budget.
    • You can Add, Edit or Delete a ride if you wish to.
  • If you choose to Continue to Payment you will enter the Payment Details page in which it will ask you to input your personal information (e.g. name, billing address, contact number, email address, credit card number, credit card validity and passenger information) then click Confirm Booking button.
  • Lastly, check your email or wait for a Customer Service Representative to call you for your Booking Confirmation.

(6) Can I create an account and save my credit card information

Yes. Ralimo offers clients to create an account to make their future booking easily. By creating an account, you can now customize your booking preferences; you can track your previous, present and future bookings.

(7) How will I know when my driver is going to pick me up?

A dispatch team will monitor the job from start to finish. Drivers are on location at least 15 minutes before the pick-up time.

For Airport Pickups, there are meet and greet services.

(8) What are the additional fees that may apply?

Additional fees are parking and tolls, if any, charged at actual cost.

(9) How can I get a receipt?

A confirmation will be sent to you shortly after your booking has been processed.

(10) Lost/Left items.

Ralimo shall not be responsible for any items that are forgotten, left behind, or lost by client or passengers. Before you exit, please be sure to check your belongings.
